These are my dads FAVORITE!
Preheat oven to 350
Combine and set aside:
2 C. applesauce
2 tsp. Baking soda
Combine and mix with Mixer
1 C butter 1 tsp salt
4 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon
2 C. sugar 1 tsp cloves
4 1/2 C flour 1 tsp nutmeg
stir in the applesauce and baking soda. and last but not least stir in 1 bag chocolate chips.
bake for 9 min. or until edges are golden
